Coaching

Coaches provide a safety net, a link, a lifeline for some; their stable presence can deeply influence and effect positive change. Coaching is a series of conversations between coach and coachee which provide space to think, learn and reflect.

These exchanges can make a huge difference to many and impact behaviour at home, school, socially or in the workplace. The role of the coach is a supportive one, underpinned by a non-judgemental attitude and an ability to listen, when sometimes no one else will.
