Evaluation and Monitoring
Not surprisingly, the burning question in this section is, did the project actually help people? Monitoring refers to targets and milestones that can be used to measure the progress and see if the project is delivering what it says it will, and evaluation allows you to and assess the success of the project and provide accountability to funders.
Evaluation tools and the importance of looking back are discussed, these include visual images and the use of an, outcomes wheel, which can be a very satisfying tool, as it records an individual’s development over time.
